Welcome to the Westhill Country Hotel function & corporate section
The hotel has been owned and run by the Smale family for over forty years. Set in its own 5 acres of gardens and woodlands makes the Westhill Country Hotel the perfect venue for any celebration.
The Restaurant which can cater for parties of up to 80 (between 1pm – 5.30pm), overlooks Our stunning, award winning gardens. Our dishes have been specifically selected by our Head Chef to illustrate the exciting variety of food available to you for your special celebration.
Why not dine Al fresco in our gardens. Weather permitting we can lay up tables on our lawns for dining in the sun shine!
The Entertainment’s Bar with dance floor and stage is large enough for parties up to 120 persons. (12 – 5pm or 7 -11pm) Ideal for birthday celebrations / theme nights with its own private bar, can be hired along with our resident DJ.
BBQ’s at the Westhill Country Hotel. (May – September)
Relax, enjoy lunch and a swim with family and friends (12 – 5pm). With plenty to do for all, 2 outdoor heated swimming pools (one especially for children) & Jacuzzi.
Children’s Haven
With many years of experience at the hotel and home with our families, we have created a haven for children, plenty to keep them occupied and entertained throughout the day, whether it be a dip in the pool, fun in the adventure play ground or trying their hand at table tennis, table football or one of the many lawn activities.

Booking Information
We will be pleased to make a provisional booking for you by telephone. We can provisionally hold your required date for two weeks, after which we will require a non-refundable deposit of £200.00. Accompanied with a letter of confirmation in order to secure your booking.
We request that you notify us of final numbers at least seven days before the day, when a pro-forma invoice will be prepared and forwarded to you. We request this is settled prior to the day. Any extra charges incurred on the day should be settled prior to departure from the hotel.
As an alternative, we are happy to accept the deposits by credit card and with your authorization; we will charge the final balance to your account on the day.

Entertainment’s Bar & DJ Hire £350.00
Over night accommodation can also be arranged for guests wishing to spend the evening. A 10% discount will be given on the normal tariff rate.
