Yes we do have a car park, there is no charge for our guests.

How far is St Helier from the Hotel?
We are approximately 2km for the centre of St Helier 

What number bus should I catch to the Hotel?
No19 Liberty Bus

Does the hotel offer a shuttle bus service?
Yes, everyday from 10am to Liberation bus station, there is no charge for this service

Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes, please let us know in advance if possible

What time can I check in and check out of the hotel?
Rooms are guaranteed on arrival from 12, but if you arrive early we can store your luggage. Check out is before 10am on the day of departure.

Can Non-residents use the hotel swimming pool?
Residents only unless you have booked in for one of our weekly weekend BBQs

Does the hotel have WiFi?
Yes, throughout the hotel and gardens

Does the hotel have a lift?
No, but we do have ground floor rooms which include a few steps.

Is the hotel open all year round?
No, we are a seasonal hotel open from May to September
